How Long
I see you in the song
    I feel you near
    Survive an ache not mine
Despite the noise, i cant hear

    An overwhelming sadness breaches
    Long standing walls
And as the water pours over
    My safety structure falls

    How long will I know
How long will i know this state
    How long till the end
When i will know my fate

Bring down on me your lies
    Your misconceptions
    Your murders, your crimes
    All of your deceptions

Maybe they can fill the hole
Left in me for all to see
Tears eroding the ruins of my mind
Never to reach the ever so distand sanity

My Escape
So gloomy, cold, and windy outside
    So wet, dull and gray
The tapping of rain and roaring of cars
    Refuse to go away

So up to my room behind locked doors
    I sit and concentrate
    Thinking, wondering, puzzeling, pondering
So that i might make my escape

Fleeing to a warm fresh land
A land of peace and kindness new
    Of candy trees, fragrant flowers
Clean rivers and great meadows too

The sun is warm and friendly there
    The moon, protective and bright
The land is rich with life
And the lives are full of light

But its time to come back now
    Hopefully not for too long
    Because that beautiful place
    Is where i truely belong

What It Means To Be Alone
So this is what it means to be alone
    She thinks as she awakes
One more day to no belong
She thinks as her heart breaks

Raises her hand to brush away
The single tear that rolls down her face
Wishing she was loved like everyone else
Wishing she was in somone else's place

    Seems to her that everything
    She touches falls apart
Her mind is swiming in a sea of despair
    Longing for a new start

A chance to right her wrongs
And to matter to someone again
    She feels life slipping away
And the darkness start to win

Her dark room is a comfort now
As she opens up her skin
    Her last thoughts are prayers
    For forgiveness of her sin
